As we discussed in last week’s staff meeting, we are going to continue to do what we have always done in this department, which is to contribute to the overall company strategy and goals by producing the highest quality content possible. Simple. And realistically it’s the only thing that is in our control. So do what you always do; put all your focus, efforts, energies, thoughts and creativity into producing the best possible channel that you possibly can. Period.

- Execute your strategic plan.
- Keep adding to and executing your tactical plan.
- Be creative.
- Be resourceful.
- Be the best.
