Now that we're well into the new year, it's time to take stock and assess your channel from top to bottom. Time to review the strategic plan and ensure that everything still applies and then if so that your channel is on track with what the plan states. Take the time to do this now.
Additionally, making sure the Tactical Plans are ongoing - so that you have a roadmap of where your channel is going throughout the year. Take the time, do some research and plan out your strategy for the year. This will actually make it easier for you as the year progresses and you have programming building blocks already in place. (and for reference, see the below on items you can use to develop your tactical plan)

- XM Dalet System - Regarding the e-mail on the access into the XM Dalet system. Again just to be clear - this is a very serious issue. This isn't a "wink-wink" "don't ask, don't tell" issue. There is to be absolutely NO access into the XM Dalet system if you don't have your own user name and password. Violation of this policy is grounds for termination.
- WorldSpace Dalet System - Use your OWN user name and password. Do not just go into a Dalet program in the studio that has been left open (...and that shouldn't happen anyway). If that does happen, close out and re-enter under your own user name and password.
